Shady-Acres RV Community

Shady Acres is an all year round RV community just minutes from the warm Mississippi gulf coast. Our quiet friendly mainly adult park is well kept with large oaks; pine, palm and popular trees intermingled with planted garden areas.  

  White Sandy Beaches, discover here a gentle pace of life brimming with southern hospitality and friendship yet just a few minutes from excellent restaurants, seven coastal casinos, Arnold Palmer golf course, live entertainments, theatres, cinemas, as well as extensive shopping from olde world antique shops in Bay St Louis and Pass Christian to all the modern stores including Wallmart superstores, JC Penny, Sears, Dillards and Prime outlets.

  This area is also ideal for water recreation, fishing, jet skiing, and all boating activities. Off shore excursions and river exploration are all available locally.

  There are several Health and fitness clubs and beauty spas close by. Infact there is just about everything within 20 minutes drive including the Stennis Space Center, interstate 10 and two international Airports!

  Our lots average 35’ x 50’ with concrete pads each with generous patio area plus ample parking for 2 cars. All sites are full hook ups with 50amp. There are laundry facilities, screened recreation area and Fishing Lake on site.
